Kiwanis Kids Choir

Established in 1957, the Kiwanis Club of Dawson Creek has provided support for the community's children and organizations for over 45 years. This support is made possible through the many hours of community service provided by member participation in numerous community fund raising projects and through its oDawson Creek provides an opportunity for individuals to come together to develop enduring friendships and build a better community. Members meet once a week, on Thursday mornings, to conduct business or talk with guest speakers, and at monthly social events, to build comradeship.

Kiwanis Community Band

The club has been instrumental in providing the facilities and opportunities for the community's children to develop cultural and entrepreneurial abilities. The Kiwanis Performing Arts Centre assists and encourages the development and advancement of the fine arts and related industry and recreation for the benefit of the residents of the South Peace River District of British Columbia. The Kiwanis Enterprise Centre promotes the entrepreneurial spirit through partnerships that provide successful and innovative business development for the benefit of the Peace Region.
